We received 170 entries this year from high school seniors in Sacramento and surrounding counties describing their thoughts on the words of United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, who said,<\/p>\n

The winners in this year’s contest, chosen by a panel of distinguished judges at the essay contest finals on April 26, are:<\/p>\n
